Privacy Policy

Small Shop Ledger (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is an iOS application developed by AICD Studio. We take your privacy very seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information Collection

Product, order, and business data in the App is stored locally. We do not collect your personally identifiable information. This business data remains on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

• We do not collect your name, email, or phone number
• With your consent, we collect anonymous statistics such as page views, feature taps, order-feature usage, and report exports
• Analytics does not receive order details, product names, amounts, costs, or other business content
• We do not use analytics data for advertising or cross-app tracking

2. Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device using iOS CoreData. We do not sync your data to the cloud, nor do we remotely access your data in any way.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a Pro version in-app purchase (non-consumable). The purchase process is handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not access your payment information. Apple provides us only with purchase confirmation to unlock Pro features.

4. Face ID / Touch ID

The "Boss Mode" feature uses iOS LocalAuthentication for biometric verification. Your biometric data (face or fingerprint) never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

5. Optional Analytics

Analytics is enabled only after you accept the privacy policy. The App selects the provider based on the device region: Umeng in mainland China and Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics) overseas.

Analytics is used only to understand feature usage and improve the App, such as app launches, page views, feature taps, order-feature usage, statistics-page views, and report-export counts. The App does not upload order details, product names, amounts, costs, or other business content. You may decline consent without affecting the App's local core features.

6. Data Export

You can export your data as a JSON backup file through the app's "Export Data" feature. Please store exported files securely.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all data using the "Clear Data" feature within the app. If you uninstall the App, all local data will also be deleted.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you within the app. The updated policy takes effect upon publication.
