1. 我们处理哪些信息
OmniReader 不要求注册账号。你导入的书籍和文档、文件名与格式、阅读进度、书签、笔记、划线、文件夹、标签及阅读偏好保存在设备上的 App 本地书库。App 不会将这些文件、摘录或阅读记录上传到运营者的服务器，也不含广告、行为分析或崩溃上报 SDK。
导入时，App 通过 iOS 系统文件选择器访问你主动选中的文件，并将文件副本保存在本地。你主动使用系统分享或导出功能时，所选目标 App 或服务可能按其自身政策处理你选择发送的内容。若你启用了 Apple 设备备份，本地 App 数据可能包含在备份中，并按你的设备设置及 Apple 的政策管理。
2. 一次性买断
完整版买断通过 Apple App Store 和 StoreKit 完成。Apple 会处理购买、恢复购买及交易验证所需的信息，并按 Apple 的隐私政策处理。App 接收商品信息及经验证的购买状态以解锁功能。OmniReader 不接收你的 Apple 账户密码或支付卡信息，也不运营自己的购买服务器。
3. 隐私政策网页与访问日志
本政策网页为静态页面，不提供账号、评论、广告、追踪 Cookie 或第三方分析。网页托管服务为传送页面及保障安全，可能在服务器访问日志中处理 IP 地址、请求时间、页面路径、浏览器或设备类型、来源页及响应状态等技术信息。日志用于安全防护和故障排查，并按托管服务的日志配置及适用要求保存和删除。
如果你主动通过电子邮件联系我们，我们会处理你提供的邮箱、邮件内容和附件，仅用于回复、处理隐私请求或解决问题；处理目的完成后删除，法律要求继续保存的除外。
4. 存储区域与跨境
App 书库和阅读资料默认保存在你的设备，不会因本政策网页分别部署在中国大陆和新加坡而上传到网页服务器。大陆站点由中国大陆的托管环境提供，国际站点由新加坡托管环境提供；访问相应网页时，相关托管服务可能在其所在区域处理访问日志。
Apple 的购买服务及你主动选择的分享目标由相应服务提供方按其条款和隐私政策处理。我们不会向这些服务提供 App 本地书籍、笔记或阅读记录。
5. 使用目的与信息提供
App 本地信息仅用于在设备上提供书架、阅读、搜索、阅读进度和标注功能；网页访问日志用于页面传送、安全和故障排查；邮件信息仅用于回复和处理你的请求。我们不出售个人信息。除为提供托管服务所必需、履行法律义务或保护合法权益所需外，我们不会向其他方提供上述信息。依法有权的机关提出合法要求时，我们可能依法提供必要信息。
6. 保存期限、安全与删除
本地书库数据保存在你的设备中，直至你在 App 内删除内容、清除 App 数据或卸载 App；启用 Apple 设备备份时，本地数据也可能包含在备份中，其保存和删除由你的设备设置及 Apple 的政策决定。购买记录由 Apple 管理。网页访问日志按托管服务的日志配置和适用要求保存，并在不再需要时删除。我们和托管服务采取与服务相适应的安全措施，但互联网传输和电子存储无法保证绝对安全。
7. 你的选择与权利
你可以控制导入哪些文件，并在 App 中查看、更正或删除本地书库内容。对于网页访问日志或你发送的邮件信息，你可以通过下方邮箱提出查询、更正、删除或其他适用的隐私请求。我们会核实请求并按照适用法律处理。
8. 儿童隐私与政策更新
本 App 和网页不是专门面向儿童设计的服务。我们不会有意通过 App 收集儿童个人信息。如产品功能或数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本政策并调整日期；重大变化会通过 App 或本网页作出提示。

1. Information we process
OmniReader does not require an account. Books and documents you import, file names and formats, reading progress, bookmarks, notes, highlights, folders, tags, and reading preferences are stored in the app’s local library on your device. The app does not upload these files, excerpts, or reading records to the operator’s servers, and it contains no advertising, behavioral analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.
When you import a file, the app uses Apple’s system file picker to access the file you select and saves a copy locally. If you choose to share or export content through an iOS system feature, the destination app or service may process the content under its own policy. If you enable Apple device backups, local app data may be included and managed under your device settings and Apple’s policies.
2. Lifetime purchase
The lifetime unlock is processed through the Apple App Store and StoreKit. Apple handles information needed to complete or restore purchases and verify transactions under Apple’s privacy policy. The app receives product information and verified purchase status to unlock features. OmniReader does not receive your Apple Account password or payment-card information and does not operate its own purchase server.
3. Policy website and access logs
This policy site is static and has no accounts, comments, advertising, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics. To deliver pages and protect the service, the hosting provider may process technical access-log information such as IP address, request time, page path, browser or device type, referrer, and response status. Logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are kept and deleted according to the hosting service’s log configuration and applicable requirements.
If you email us, we process the email address, message, and attachments you provide only to reply, handle a privacy request, or resolve an issue. We delete them when that purpose is complete unless the law requires further retention.
4. Hosting locations and international transfers
The app’s library and reading materials are stored on your device by default and are not uploaded to the policy website because the site is hosted in Mainland China and Singapore. The Mainland China site is served from a hosting environment in Mainland China; the international site is served from Singapore. The relevant hosting provider may process access logs in the region serving the page.
Apple’s purchase services and any sharing destination you choose process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not provide your local books, notes, or reading records to those services.
5. Purposes and disclosure
Local app information is used only to provide the library, reading, search, progress, and annotation features on your device. Website access logs are used to deliver pages, protect security, and troubleshoot problems. Email information is used only to respond to you and handle your request. We do not sell personal information. We do not provide this information to others except as needed for hosting, to comply with law, or to protect legal rights. We may provide necessary information to authorities when legally required.
6. Retention, security, and deletion
Local library data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app. If you enable Apple device backups, local data may be included in those backups, which are managed under your settings and Apple’s policies. Apple manages purchase records. Website access logs are kept and deleted according to the hosting service’s log configuration and applicable requirements. We and the hosting providers use security measures appropriate to the services, but internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You control which files to import and can view, correct, or delete local library content in the app. For website access logs or email information, you may request access, correction, deletion, or exercise other applicable privacy rights using the email below. We will verify and handle requests under applicable law.
8. Children and changes
The app and website are not specifically designed for children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app. If product features or data practices change, we will update this policy and its date. We will provide notice in the app or on this website for material changes.
