Sample Master (the "App") is built on a Privacy‑First design philosophy. We believe your data belongs to you, and only you:

We never collect any personally identifiable information
We never share or sell your data to third parties
All data is stored locally on your device by default
Network transfers only occur when you actively share sample packs, with AES encryption

2Information Collection

This App does not collect any personal information. We do not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs (e.g., Umeng, Firebase Analytics), do not track user behavior, and do not display advertisements.

3Permissions

This App only requests the following permissions when necessary:

📷 Camera — Used to scan QR codes for importing sample packs shared by others. Only activated when you initiate the action.

🖼️ Photo Library — Used to select photos for sample creation and to save generated sample images.

📡 Local Network — Used for syncing samples via nearby device discovery (powered by MultipeerConnectivity, local network only).

All permissions are used only after your explicit consent and never accessed in the background.

4Data Storage & Security

All data is stored locally on your device:

Core Data — Sample metadata (name, style, slogans, etc.)
File System — Sample photos stored as local files
Kingfisher Cache — Image loading cache (100MB memory / 500MB disk). Used solely for performance; no personal data is cached
UserDefaults — Stores only app preferences (e.g., privacy policy consent status)

5Sample Sharing

When you use the "Export Share Pack" feature:

Sample data is packaged with AES‑256 encryption
Delivered via QR code or MultipeerConnectivity (local network)
Transmission never passes through any third-party server
Recipients decrypt using the same app, ensuring end-to-end security

6Third-Party Services

This App does not integrate any third-party services:

❌ No analytics tools
❌ No advertising SDKs
❌ No social media SDKs
❌ No cloud storage dependencies

7Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from any age group.

8Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the App evolves. If material changes are made, you will be prompted to review and consent again upon the next launch.
