Script Prompter Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the iPhone app handles scripts, speech recognition, optional analytics, and purchases.
1. Scripts and filming progress
Imported scripts, dialogue, character names, and filming markers are stored in the app container on your iPhone. AICD Studio does not receive or upload this content. Whether iCloud or a device backup includes app data depends on your Apple account and system settings. Deleting the app removes its local app data.
2. Speech recognition and permissions
Automatic following uses Apple Speech and microphone access to match spoken dialogue. When supported, recognition may run on-device; otherwise Apple may process audio online. Audio and recognized dialogue are not sent to AICD Studio. iOS asks for these permissions when you first start following.
3. Optional usage analytics and tracking permission
Analytics are optional and off by default. After you opt in, mainland China uses Umeng U-App only if you also allow tracking in the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline or tracking is restricted, Umeng analytics stays off; the teleprompter still works. Other regions use Firebase Analytics and do not show the ATT prompt. The app sends limited usage events such as launch, prompter start, purchase result, and app language. Scripts, dialogue, recognized speech, audio, and video are excluded. When ATT is authorized, Umeng may process advertising data or device identifiers under its SDK and privacy policy. Providers may also process device, app, network, and diagnostic information under their own policies. You can turn analytics off in Settings; this stops future events but does not delete data already received by a provider.

4. One-time purchase
Lifetime access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase through Apple App Store and StoreKit; it does not renew. The China storefront price is CNY ¥38. Other regions see local App Store pricing. Apple processes payment and transaction details. You can restore purchases in the app.
