LumaShelf 隐私政策
LumaShelf 由 AICD Studio 独立开发者提供。本政策说明我们如何处理你在使用 LumaShelf 时的信息。
1. 照片与视频
经你授权后，LumaShelf 通过 Apple 照片图库读取所选范围内的照片、视频和 Live Photo，并在你的设备本机进行分析。照片、视频、预览帧和识别标签不会上传到 LumaShelf 服务器。系统可能根据你的 iCloud 照片设置下载尚未存储在设备上的原件。
2. 本机分析与保存
应用使用 Apple Vision 等系统能力生成物体、人物、场景和文字标签；结果可能不准确，你可以自行检查和修改。LumaShelf 不用于确认现实人物身份。分析标签、整理状态、历史记录和偏好保存在本机应用数据中。删除分析记录不会删除图库中的原件；通过应用删除照片时由 Apple 照片图库处理，照片可能进入“最近删除”。
3. 使用统计
使用统计默认关闭。首次启动时，只有你选择同意后，应用才会初始化统计 SDK；拒绝不影响整理功能。设备地区为中国大陆时使用友盟+ U-App，其他地区使用 Google Analytics for Firebase。事件包括应用打开、分析开始、媒体数量、媒体类型和分析模式，不包含照片、视频内容、路径、标题或识别标签。统计 SDK 可能按各自规则处理设备、应用、系统、网络信息和标识符；应用不读取 GPS 位置。你可以随时在设置中关闭统计；关闭后停止发送新的统计事件，但不会自动删除服务商已收到的数据。第三方政策：友盟+隐私政策；Firebase 隐私与安全。
4. 永久版购买与付款
永久版通过 Apple App Store 的 StoreKit 以非消耗型项目一次性购买。开发者不会收到你的完整支付卡号。购买与 Apple ID 关联，可在支持的设备上恢复，不会按月或按年自动扣款。Apple 按其隐私政策和媒体服务条款处理付款与交易信息。
5. 权限与网络
应用请求照片图库访问权限以显示、分析和整理你授权的媒体；联网功能用于加载永久版一次性购买商品、恢复购买并读取 Apple 交易状态，以及按系统设置获取 iCloud 媒体。应用不请求相机、麦克风、通讯录或位置权限。
6. 保存期限与控制
本机结果会保留至你清除应用数据或卸载应用。你可以关闭统计、撤销照片权限、清除分析结果或卸载应用。Apple 与统计服务商的数据处理遵循各自政策。
7. 儿童与政策更新
LumaShelf 不是专为儿童设计的应用。政策更新会在本页面和应用内公布，并注明更新日期。

Privacy Policy
LumaShelf is provided by the independent developer AICD Studio. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
1. Photos and videos
With your permission, LumaShelf accesses the photos, videos, and Live Photos within the library scope you select through Apple Photos and analyzes them on your device. Photos, videos, preview frames, and recognition labels are not uploaded to LumaShelf servers. Depending on your iCloud Photos settings, Apple may download originals that are not stored on your device.
2. On-device analysis and storage
Apple Vision and other system capabilities generate object, person, scene, and text labels. Results may be inaccurate and can be reviewed or edited by you. LumaShelf does not identify real-world individuals. Labels, organization state, history, and preferences are stored in the app on your device. Clearing analysis records does not remove originals. Deletions are handled by Apple Photos and may move items to Recently Deleted.
3. Usage analytics
Usage analytics is off by default. The app initializes an analytics SDK only if you opt in at first launch; declining does not affect organization features. Mainland China uses Umeng+ U-App; other regions use Google Analytics for Firebase. Events include app opens, analysis starts, media counts, media types, and analysis mode, but not photo or video content, paths, titles, or recognition tags. Analytics SDKs may process device, app, system, network information, and identifiers under their own rules. The app does not read GPS location. You can turn analytics off in Settings at any time; this stops new events but does not automatically delete data already received by providers. 4. Lifetime purchase and payment
The Lifetime Edition is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase processed through Apple App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not receive your full payment card number. The purchase is associated with your Apple Account and can be restored on supported devices; it does not renew or charge monthly or yearly. Apple handles payment and transaction information under its privacy policy and media services terms.
5. Permissions and network access
Photo library access is used to display, analyze, and organize media you authorize. Network access supports the Lifetime Edition purchase product, restoring purchases, and Apple transaction status, and may retrieve iCloud media according to your system settings. The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or location access.
6. Retention and your choices
On-device results remain until you clear app data or uninstall the app. You can disable analytics, revoke photo access, clear analysis results, or uninstall the app. Apple and analytics providers handle their data under their own policies.
7. Children and policy updates
LumaShelf is not designed specifically for children. Updates will be posted on this page and in the app with a revised date.
