LumaShelf 购买条款
本条款适用于 LumaShelf 的免费分析额度和永久版一次性购买，并与 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）、Apple 媒体服务条款及适用法律共同适用。
1. 免费分析额度
每台设备可免费完整完成 10 轮分析。每轮至少成功识别 1 项且正常完成后扣 1 次；暂停、放弃、未完成或全部识别失败不扣次数。继续同一轮未完成任务不另扣；重新开始新一轮（包括重新分析）完成后另计 1 次。额度保存在本机，不跨设备同步；清除分析结果不会返还已用次数。
2. 永久版权益
一次性购买 LumaShelf 永久版后，可继续无限分析，并解锁批量操作、自定义标签和组合筛选等高级整理功能。权益与 Apple ID 的购买记录关联。
3. 一次性付款
永久版为非消耗型 App 内购买项目。确认购买后由 Apple 账户一次性付款，不自动续费或按月、按年扣款。商品名称、价格和币种以购买确认页显示为准。
4. 恢复购买
更换或重新安装设备后，可在应用内选择“恢复永久版购买”，同步与 Apple ID 关联的有效购买。权益以 Apple StoreKit 验证的交易状态为准。
5. 退款
退款申请由 Apple 按其流程处理，可前往 reportaproblem.apple.com 提交。开发者无法直接处理 Apple 账户扣款或批准退款。

Purchase Terms
These terms govern LumaShelf's free analysis allowance and one-time Lifetime Edition purchase. They apply together with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple Media Services terms, and applicable law.
1. Free analysis allowance
Each device can complete 10 analysis runs for free. A run uses one credit only when it completes normally with at least one successfully analyzed item. Pausing, canceling, leaving a run incomplete, or having every item fail does not count. Resuming the same unfinished run uses no extra credit. Starting a new run, including reanalysis, uses one credit when completed. The allowance is stored locally and is not synced across devices; clearing results does not restore used credits.
2. Lifetime Edition benefits
One purchase of the LumaShelf Lifetime Edition enables unlimited analysis and advanced organization features, including batch actions, custom tags, and combined filters. The entitlement is associated with the purchase record on your Apple Account.
3. One-time payment
The Lifetime Edition is a non-consumable in-app purchase. Apple charges your account once when you confirm the purchase. It does not renew or charge monthly or yearly. The product name, price, and currency shown on the purchase confirmation control.
4. Restore purchases
After changing or reinstalling a device, choose Restore Lifetime Purchase in the app to sync an eligible purchase associated with your Apple Account. Entitlement is based on Apple StoreKit verified transaction status.
5. Refunds
Apple handles refund requests through its process. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot directly process Apple Account charges or approve refunds.
